At McBee Meat Company, we stand behind the quality of our premium cuts; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns and instead offer a satisfaction guarantee for replacements or refunds.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Order

    Examine your meat products immediately upon delivery to ensure they are still frozen or cool to the touch and that the vacuum seals are intact.

    Document Issues

    If you notice any damage or quality concerns, take high-resolution photos of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of arrival.

  • 3.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of the issue so we can evaluate your claim and process a resolution.

  • 4.
    Receive Resolution

    Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
